In this section, the author say we as a leader should get to be optimistic. it is not innate but we can get it. This is because people can works most powerfully in optimism. Basically I agree that, but I think this is very difficult. Especially in human relationship situation, we tend to be too realistic. If we look a person who don`t seems to have enough ability to complete his work, we tend to have negative image to him and don`t give any expectation for him or not going to help him. By that little expectation and help, he becomes bad then truly he cannot complete his work. This can also say a kind of confidential relationship problem. We lead to our work badly in little confidential relationship situation.

3. In smooth steppers, only practice can get rid of my fear.
4. I mentioned above, only optimism cannot clear problem.
5. Good sleep and taking rest. These make me more calmness.
