And after reading this text, I am very frustrated. Because my birthday is July 26, this is usually summer vacation in Japan, I had never been experienced to be celebrated by people without family. I have never been given some kind of presents by friends in my birthday. And my families, especially my father, doesn`t have culture to celebrate. I think this cause a little big effect for me. I cannot understand the meaning or feeling to celebrate, to give any presents for others. However, in these days, I already notice that the groups which has many such celebrate events are usually keeping good atmosphere. In such group, people have more respectfulness and appreciating each ones. I think this is big power of these group, and so, I am frustrating to that I have never had these experience.
Finally, related with this texts, I remember one of my favorite word. "The person who don`t willing to do foolish behavior is less wiser than the person thinks to himself."

The Team Massage
The section "Keep Everyone Informed, Involved, And Thinking About Solutions" was impressive for me. This title is very concisely organize what I had sometimes faced with. In my dormitory, we have discussed many problem in dorm meeting. There are many people, so some people are very not sensible ,very slow to understand, or out of the point the core of discussion. In such situation, we want to dismiss them and finish discussion quickly with accuracy by continuing discussing only sensible people. However, traditionally, we haven`t done so. I firstly wonder that, but later I found my own answer for that. It is that stopping discussion takes a lot of time, ineffective, and we are very irritated . If we regularly do the title ones, the not sensible person sometimes suggest the solution. So in long term, I think, it is more bother to take into difficult stopping discussion situation than regularly do the title ones. And simultaneously, we can have strong identification by sense of whole commitment that in this book said.
Anyway, I may remember the title forever. Informed, Involved, and Lead to Thinking.

Optimism and Reality
In this section, the author say we as a leader should get to be optimistic. it is not innate but we can get it. This is because people can works most powerfully in optimism. Basically I agree that, but I think this is very difficult. Especially in human relationship situation, we tend to be too realistic. If we look a person who don`t seems to have enough ability to complete his work, we tend to have negative image to him and don`t give any expectation for him or not going to help him. By that little expectation and help, he becomes bad then truly he cannot complete his work. This can also say a kind of confidential relationship problem. We lead to our work badly in little confidential relationship situation.
