My Mission / Vision Statement

For our success, I think we need to recognize myself clearly.
Especially, I think need to think what is basic desire which motivate us. I
have strong esteem needs by others, and also, the desire that I want to do
something as likes. Unfortunately, it is difficult to combine two because it
usually occur that there is distance what I want to do and what is needed by
others. So I concluded that I need to go my own way until people around us
credit it. Then I need
1, The ability to make plan with standing long-term perspective
2, To obey the plan and do what I should do everyday
3, To reduce mistake which comes from carelessness
4, Continue to consider what is my strength
5, Looking for the area I want to do with my soul and accord to my
strength
